Authenticism generally doesn’t come about by willing yourself into a preconceived idea of who you should be or how you want others to see you, but an intimate awareness of how truth permeates through all of our being.
Movement precedes language.
Our body is the vessel of the stories we hold.
And the walk comes before the talk.
Being real is a direct experience, not simply a label.
