This practice will guide you into uncovering the segmentation of the spine as well as the functional and relational role of each part of the spine. Learn to articulate and hydrate different areas of the spine to create core stability and fluidity in movement. We will explore breath, visualisation and somatizations of our spine to create new movement pathways that can help to alleviate back pain and reset our nervous system.
