Somatic Embodiment Lab Series
We are pleased to present somatic therapist and yoga teacher trainer Daphne Chua and her ‘Somatic Embodiment Lab Series’ on Livestream. Mind-body techniques that promote homeostatic mechanisms as well s improve automatic regulation are key to maintaining health and healing chronic conditions. When we hone our sensory awareness in movement and touch to awaken our patterns of behaviour, we can experience how the body and mind are intricately connected to our nervous system. This trauma-informed somatic series will shine a light on our habitual but unconscious neurological patterning that manifests into how we breathe, our posturing, and our reactivity to our environment. Join Daphne in exploring some of these body-based tools to regulate our stress responses and resource our resilience in these challenging times.
