Learn to cultivate awareness of our 3-dimensional core through sensing and moving from our myofascial matrix. When we tap into the centre of our being, we can uncover spaciousness, support, integrity and balance. This session can also help alleviate back pain and restore mental clarity.

About Thoracic Mobility: Experiencing pain in the neck?⁣ 

Join this session to create articulation in the thorax (rib cage) to free up the breath, relieve shoulder, neck and jaw holding, and even tension in the eyes. Creating articulation in the thorax will also help free up the diaphragm, expand lung capacity and regulate the nervous system. This session will also help to hone our vestibular orientation by learning how to rotate our spine with more ease to create the balance between stability and mobility.⁣

Our two feet are made up of 52 bones, 60 joints and 200 muscles, tendons and ligaments.⁣ Our feet establishes the foundation of our vertical relationship to navigate through gravity and our 3-dimensional space.⁣ They create movement continuity through all our body’s systems.⁣ Embryologically, our feet are also an extension of the pelvis, and are closely related to our pelvic health.⁣
